The Secretary General invites Saint Lucia to attend the 9th Summit of the ACS Heads of States and/or Government

In the context of the VII Summit of CELAC, Secretary General Rodolfo Sabonge meet with Saint Lucia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alva Baptiste. Sabonge invited Baptiste to the 28th Ordinary Meeting of the Ministerial Council and the ACS 9th Summit of the ACS Heads of States and/or Government, which he celebrated on May 11th and 12th, 2023, in Antigua Guatemala. The Minister looked forward, beyond revitalization, to the rebirth of the ACS.
