ACS was present at the thirty-ninth session of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) which opened in Buenos Aires, Argentina. On this occasion, ACS Secretary General Rodolfo Sabonge meets with Mr. Werner Vargas, Secretary General of SICA, on the premises of the event.
