Preparatory Meeting of the 7th Extraordinary Ministerial Council of the ACS

The Preparatory Meeting of the 7th Extraordinary Meeting of the Ministerial Council convened today in Merida, Mexico. This Meeting precedes the Meeting for the 7th Extraordinary Meeting of the Ministerial Council which will take place tomorrow and culminate with the VI Summit of the ACS. The Draft Declaration of Merida was reviewed at this Meeting.
