Secretary General receives a courtesy visit from the Panamanian Ambassador

Her Excellency Carmen Gabriela Menéndez González, Ambassador of The Republic of Panama, paid a courtesy visit to the Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States, Her Excellency Ambassador Dr. June Soomer on Wednesday August 10th 2016 at the Secretariat of the ACS in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
