Secretary General Rodolfo Sabonge met with Chilean Ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago Juan Anibal Barría García to discuss cooperation. Ambssador Barría García expressed interest in sgining a Memorandum of Understanding with the ACS. Chile has been an Observer to the ACS since 1997.
