ACS Celebrates its 28th anniversary

Representatives of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) member countries, international organisations and other members of the diplomatic community stationed in Trinidad and Tobago gathered at the ACS Headquarters in Port of Spain, Trinidad to commemorate its 28th anniversary.
