ACS Secretary General extends Condolences on the Passing of Venezuela’s President

Trinidad and Tobago (March 7th, 2013) – The Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS), Ambassador Alfonso Múnera extends condolences to the family of President Hugo Chavez and also to the Government and people of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, on his passing. President Chavez died after battling cancer for two years. He was 58.
