This document represents a Practical Guide, created with the objective of developing a tool that allows ACS Membership, Associates, Observers and Development Partners to have theinformation on the Project Concept Documents (PCDs), thirteen(13) summarised PCDs, which were approved and prioritised at the 2021 and 2022 Special Committee Meetings, two (2) Terms of Reference (ToRs), and one (1) “Annex of three (3) EmergingProjects”, which respond to the crisis facing the Greater Caribbean Region due to Sargassum, though still pending approval.
