ACS attends 17th Steering Group Meeting of the Regional Program for Latin America and the Caribbean (RPLAC)

ACS Cooperation and Resource Mobilization Advisor, Mrs. Lisa Douglas-Paul, participated in the Steering Group of the LARC Regional Programme of the OECD, positioning the ACS as a key actor in the discussions for the sustainable development of the Greater Caribbean Region. During her intervention, Mrs. Douglas-Paul highlighted the ACS Plan of Action for 2022-2028, the ACS mandate to declare the Caribbean Sea as a special zone, as well as other initiatives in the areas of environment and sustainable development for the Greater Caribbean.
