Secretary General to deliver seech on culture and education in Puerto Rico
Secretary-General Múnera spoke with the Acting Governor, Secretary of State of Puerto Rico, Mr. David E. Bernier Rivera, regarding the cooperation agenda of the ACS.
The Government of Puerto Rico and academic institutions have invited the Secretary General of the ACS to deliver a message to the Puerto Rican public about the importance of the Association of Caribbean States and its cooperation programs.
On October 31st, the Secretary General gave a lecture in the auditorium of the Assistant Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs of Puerto Rico, on the cooperation programmes of the Association. On November 1st, in the auditorium of the University of Puerto Rico, he will speak on cooperation in education and culture in the Greater Caribbean.
