ACS Secretary General Addresses Regional Planning at the XXX Meeting of the ILPES Presiding Officers

The Association of Caribbean States (ACS) Secretary General, Rodolfo Sabonge, participated as a panelist in the session titled “Current and Emerging Trends in Regional Planning: Current and Emerging Challenges”, held within the framework of the XXX Meeting of the Presiding Officers of the Regional Planning Council of ILPES.
The event took place on November 27 and 28, 2024, at the headquarters of ECLAC in Santiago, Chile. During his intervention, the Secretary General addressed the challenges and opportunities for the Caribbean subregion in strengthening capacities to build a more productive, sustainable, and inclusive future.
This event served as a key platform to promote regional cooperation and sustainable development in Latin America and the Caribbean.
