Women Secretaries-Generals of the ACS meet

Santiago, Chile – April 2, 2025 – Her Excellency Noemí Espinoza Madrid, Secretary-General of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS), held a productive meeting with former ACS Secretary-General, Dr. June Soomer, in her capacity as the Chair of the Permanent Forum of People of African Descent, on the sidelines of the Forum of the Countries of Latin America and the Caribbean on Sustainable Development, currently underway in Santiago, Chile.
