We are an intergovernmental organization established in 1994 to promote regional cooperation among 25 Member States and 10 Associate members upholding sovereignty, multilateralism, and unity in diversity.
The Convention was signed on 24 July 1994 in Cartagena, Colombia ,to promote cooperation and action among 35 Caribbean states, linked geographically, historically, culturally , and socially.
