ACS hands over drones to the Institute of Marine Affairs (IMA)

ACS Secretary General, Rodolfo Sabonge, officially handed over to the Institute of Marine Affairs (IMA) Corporate Secretary, Cyril Best, drones that will be used to monitor coastal areas, which contributes to the collection of data on land degradation as part of the Sandy Shorelines project being implemented in conjunction with the Korean Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
Present at the ceremony were the ACS Director of Disaster Risk Reduction, Environment and Caribbean Sea, Ana Ramirez, the Sandy Shorelines Project Manager, Colin Jack, the First Secretary of the Korean Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago, Mr. Jinwoo Jung, along with Merrisa Chung. Rectrix Drone Services Limited, represented by Anthony Viera, provided these drones to the ACS.
