Werner Vargas is appointed as Secretary General of the SICA
The Secretary General Sabonge congratultes Mr. Werner Vargas, who was appointed as Secretary General of the SICA Secretariat for the period 2022-2026; and ACS joins the commitment to continue joining efforts in favour of the most vulnerable populations. SICA is a Founder Observer of the ACS.
