Secretary General attend multilateral meeting with Ministers of CARIFORUM

Santo Domingo, Domincan Republic (June 14th, 2013) – The Secretary General

of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS), Alfonso Múnera attended a

multilateral meeting hosted by the Forum of Caribbean Ministers (CARIFORUM), to

discuss the boosting of regional connectivity to facilitate the mobilization of

people, goods and services in the region.

 

Other participants include the Minister of Foreign Affairs

of Colombia,

Her Excellency María Ángela Holguín, Charimen of Avianca Airlines and Caribbean

Airlines, German Efronovich and Robert Corbie respectively.

 

The CARIFORUM countries are: Antigua and Barbuda; The

Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana,

Haiti, Jamaica, Suriname, St. Lucia,

St. Christopher and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Trinidad and

Tobago.
