En el marco de la Feria Internacional de la Habana FIHAV 2023, el Secretario General de Rodolfo Sabonge se reunió con Raúl LiCausi, Viceministro de Venezuela para el Caribe. Durante este encuentro, ambas partes entablaron un diálogo constructivo y estratégico, con el objetivo de explorar mecanismos para promover y fortalecer la cooperación a nivel regional.
