<p>Dans le cadre de la Foire internationale de La Havane FIHAV 2023, le secrétaire général Rodolfo Sabonge a rencontré Raul LiCausi, vice-ministre vénézuélien des Caraïbes. Au cours de cette réunion, les deux parties ont engagé un dialogue constructif et stratégique, dans le but d'explorer les mécanismes de promotion et de renforcement de la coopération au niveau régional.</p>
