Secretary General meets with Minister of Culture of the Dominican Republic

H.E. Alfonso Múnera, Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States met with Mr José Antonio Rodriguez, Minister of Culture of the Dominican Republic while on Official Mission to the Dominican Republic. During the meeting, they addressed issues of a cultural nature, in particular those linked to the Carnival Network of the Greater Caribbean. In the photo, the Minister presents H.E. Múnera with a collection of the work of the Dominican writer Pedro Henriquez Ureña as well as a publication on a study carried out in the Dominican Republic on the impact of cultural industries on the GDP of the country.
