28th Meeting of the Special Committee on Sustainable Tourism

The 28th Meeting of the Sustainable Tourism Special Committee was held in Margarita Island, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The Directorate of Sustainable Tourism (DST) of The Association of Caribbean States (ACS) facilitated the Special Committee meetings that were held on the 10th- 11th July, 2017 to discuss the implementation of initiatives on Community-Based Tourism and strengthening the Sustainable Tourism Zone of the Greater Caribbean (STZC). In addition, during these meetings, Member States reviewed the progress of the implementation of the work programmes for 2016-2017.
