Secretary General meets with the European Union in Guyana

The ACS Secretary General, Rodolfo Sabonge and the Director of Cooperation and Mobilization of Resources, Ingrid Jacobs, met with the Ambassador of the European Union in Guyana, Fernando Ponz Cantó in Guyana, to discuss the possibilities of collaboration with the EU.
