ACS meets with the French Ministry of Overseas Territories

Bilateral meeting with Joël Mathurin, Director of Cabinet at Ministry of Overseas Territories of the Government of France, to discuss issues of primary concern to the Greater Caribbean, also attended by Didacus Jules, Director General of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), and Dona Forde, CARICOM Assistant Secretary General for External and Community Relations.
