Secretary General participates in discussion in Spain

Secretary General Rodolfo Sabonge participated virtually in the discussion "Integration in a Post COVID-19 Scenario: The Challenges of Transport and Logistics" which took place at the Casa de America, located in Madrid, Spain. The Secretary spoke of the importance of Transport in the new action plan of the Association of Caribbean States.
