Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) meets with Secretary General of CARICOM

Ambassador Alfonso Múnera (L), Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) meets Ambassador Irwin LaRocque (R), Secretary-General of CARICOM, at the CARICOM Secretariat Headquarters, Georgetown Guyana, for a meeting ahead of the 5th Summit of the Heads of State and/or Government of the ACS which will take place later this month in Haiti.
