L'AEC réitère son rejet du blocus économique lors de sa rencontre avec la vice-ministre cubaine
<p>Le secrétaire général de l'Association des États de la Caraïbe (AEC), Rodolfo Sabonge, s'est réuni avec la première vice-ministre du ministère du Commerce extérieur et de l'Investissement étranger (MINCEX) de Cuba, Ana Teresita González Fraga.</p><p>Au cours de leur entretien, MM. Sabonge et González Fraga ont examiné en détail l'impact négatif de l'embargo économique, commercial et financier imposé à Cuba depuis 1960, qui affecte divers secteurs et entrave le progrès du pays.</p><p>Dans ce contexte, l'AEC a réaffirmé son rejet du blocus économique imposé à Cuba, qui a été répété lors des sommets successifs des chefs d'État et/ou de gouvernement, en soulignant son influence sur l'accès aux ressources et en entravant la croissance durable de la nation.</p><p>En outre, les deux dirigeants ont discuté des mécanismes de coopération possibles qui pourraient contribuer à atténuer les effets négatifs auxquels Cuba est confrontée dans ce scénario complexe.</p>
